Settings allows you to set your preferences from from Tag colours through to tax rates. To access Settings press the information key.
Quick Labels
Adding labels to Tags can be made even easier using Quick Labels. You can add new Quick Labels by using the + button.
To remove a label from your list of Quick Labels select the label you wish to delete and press the trash button.
Page Settings
Page Settings allow you to set your preferences for new pages, tags, function bubbles and sticky notes.

Page Default Settings
Page Title
- Show in Page - turns on the display of the page title in the body of the page
- Page Title Colour - sets the colour for the title
Theme
Lets you select the background theme for new pages. Pick from a list of inbuilt themes or pick a photo from your photo collection.
Transparency – allows you to vary the intensity of the background. Each page has it own level of background transparency.
Tag Colour
Specifies the colour for new Tags. Once a tag is added to the page, you can individually alter is colour and style.
Bubble Colour & Size
- Colour – select the default colour for new function bubbles. Once a bubble is added to the page, you can individually alter is colour.
- Size – use the slider to alter the default side of new function bubbles.
Note Colour
Specifies the colour for new Notes. Once a note is added to the page, you can individually alter is colour and style.
Rates
You can set the rates to be used in Function Bubbles such as the +Tax function.
To change the Rates, select the rate and enter a new rate using the keyboard.
Functions
You may browse the library of functions available as function bubbles.
Select the blue disclosure arrow to see more information on each function including a description, the parameters to the function and there descriptions.
Sounds
Allows you to enable sounds and sound effects.
Keyboard sounds – enables sounds for press and release of keys.
Sound effects – enables sounds for connections, deletions and other actions.
Number Formats
Using the number formats options you can:
- Set the the global number formats for commonly used numbers such as currency, percentage, scientific and general.
- Set the default number format for tags and bubbles.
Each number format is based on a style, general (1.0), currency ($), percentage (%) and scientific (1.0e9). For each number style you can then customise decimal places, thousands separator display, and how negatives are displayed. Additionally currency styles, you can also select a Currency code to be added to the display.
To select the default number format, tap on the desired row in the number formats list.
To customise the format of a number, tap on the detail disclosure button, a number format screen will be displayed. From here you can:
- Number of decimal places – set the number of decimal places. The decimal place will be defined you your devices regional settings.
- Negatives in brackets – will show negative numbers in brackets instead of ‘-’ sign.
- Thousands separator - will control if a thousands separator is displayed. The separator will be defined you your devices regional settings.
- Currency code – for currency number formats, you may also select the currency code to be displayed.
